A booking is confirmed only once the required retainer has been paid and you receive a confirmation email with your confirmation code. Completing checkout constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these terms and of our studio policies.

You must be 18 or older to book. Sessions involving minors require a parent or legal guardian to book and to be present or to provide written consent.

All payments are card-only; cash is not accepted. Retainers are non-refundable and are applied to your session total. Remaining balances are due before your session begins.

By saving a card at checkout you authorize us to charge the remaining balance, approved add-ons and agreed fees to that card, including automatically ahead of your session. Card details are stored with our payment processor, never by the studio, and you may remove a saved card at any time from your client portal.

Declined payments may place your session on hold until the balance clears. Chargebacks filed for services already rendered will be disputed.

Rescheduling, late arrival, cancellation and turnaround rules are set out on our studio policies page, which forms part of these terms. Retainers are not refunded for cancellations or no-shows.

Rental time includes your setup and breakdown. The renter is responsible for their crew, guests and any damage to the space, equipment or furnishings during their window, and agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was received. Unsafe conduct, unapproved subletting, smoking, open flame and illegal activity are grounds for immediate termination of the rental without refund.

Warehaus 33 Studios retains copyright of all images created. Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to share and print their delivered images with credit where practical. Commercial or advertising use requires a separate written license.

Edited images may not be altered, cropped beyond minor framing, filtered or re-edited before publishing. Unedited proofs and raw files are not released.

Unless you tell us in writing before your session, we may use images from your session in our portfolio, website and social media. You may request removal from marketing use at any time by emailing hello@warehaus33.com.

You are responsible for keeping your portal login confidential and for activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to end a session or rental, and to decline future bookings, in cases of harassment, intoxication, threats or behavior that puts people or equipment at risk. No refund is issued in these cases.

You attend sessions and rentals at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a session, rental or delivery is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control, including equipment failure, illness, severe weather or utility outages. If we must cancel, you will be offered the next available date or a refund of amounts paid for that booking.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
