PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
All sessions require a non refundable deposit. All remaining balances are due the day before your session. You will not be able to start your session until your balance is paid in full. If your balance is not paid, we will attempt to charge your card the following morning. Once we attempt to charge your remaining balance and is not successful, your session will be temporarily on hold until balance is paid in full. You will receive multiple notifications via text message and email keeping you up-to-date about your session and remaining balance. We DO NOT accept cash. All payment methods are card only.
If you need to reschedule I must be notified at least 24 hours prior to scheduled shoot. If you request to reschedule on the day of without a legitimate reason, your account will automatically be charged your remaining balance. There is a $75 rebooking fee assessed for the first instance. Any additional rebooking will constitute in a loss of initial payment amount and another deposit amount will be required. Shoots labeled as "Special" may not be rescheduled nor may the funds be used towards another service in the future. All deposits are non refundable. When booking, the time that you book is the time that the session starts. You may not arrive early to use the studio to get dressed, do hair or makeup. EX: If you book a full day (6 hour shoot) at 1:00pm, the shoot time begins at 1:00pm. If there are any delays in the shoot start time on your behalf or anyone who is apart of the shoot on your behalf as in models running late, hair or makeup taking longer than expected, that time is not made up; meaning if the shoot time is 1:00pm but your team isn't prepared to shoot until 2:00, the shoot time (6 hours) does not start at 2:00 pm, it started at 1:00 and will end at 7:00pm.
LATE FEE
If you arrive 15 mins after the scheduled time, your card will automatically be charged a $75.00 Late Fee. If your card is turned off for secure reasons, you will be subject to pay once you arrive. Anything 30 mins or later Is an automatic forfeit of session and all monies paid shall be retained by Art of Fresh. If you do not show up to your session without proper communication, you will be charged for the full cost of your session plus a no-show fee at clients expense and will not be able to reschedule or count the cost towards another session. PLEASE COMMUNICATE! All MINI SESSIONS are not subject to this policy, but instead will be canceled. If you have booked a mini session and do not show up at your exact time, your session WILL BE CANCELED with NO REFUND!

Our sessions are not based off of session types such as maternity or birthday sessions. Please select a session that best fits your idea. If you are unsure, please feel free to email us and discuss your vision. The packages are sorted on based on the number of outfit changes, time, and edits. If you're looking for something "out of the way" where I have to build a set and props or unsure of what session you should book, then you will need to contact us directly by clicking here. PLEASE NOTE: All sessions have a 2 week turnaround (10 BUSINESS DAYS) depending on the work load. If you purchased additional images, it will require longer turnaround times. May be subject to longer turnaround times. Proof links will be sent within 24-48 hours of your session. You have 2 days to select your favorites. If you do not choose within that 2 day time frame, you will forfeit your right to select, proof link will expire, and we will choose for you. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS. The prices below do not reflect graphic designing, body doubles/cloning, 3D CGI/rendering, etc. All will be an additional cost/service.
